Connect your tools
Start by connecting Canvas and Outlook. RemMe requests only the permissions it needs: Canvas course content and Outlook calendar events. You can revoke access at any time from RemMe settings.
Authorization tokens are stored securely on Panderose servers and used only to sync your data. They are never shared with third parties.
Ingestion
Once connected, RemMe pulls your data and builds your personal memory. Each piece of content, an assignment, a calendar event, a note, becomes a node. RemMe then discovers relationships: the assignment that references a concept you read about, the event with a person you've been talking to.
Ingestion runs in the background. New content is synced automatically on a regular schedule.
Your memory layer
Your data is stored on Panderose's own servers in Prescott, AZ. RemMe finds connections across your content by meaning, not just keywords, so a stray thought today can surface the assignment you started last month.
Connection discovery runs automatically every few hours to find new relationships as your content grows.
Smart surface
The home screen shows the content most relevant to you right now, without you having to search. RemMe weighs recency, topic overlap, and what you've recently looked at to decide what to surface.
Chat
Ask your memory anything in natural language. RemMe finds the most relevant pieces of your data and uses them to construct a grounded answer. Only your query and the relevant excerpts are sent to generate a response, not your entire account. See our Privacy Policy for details on how chat is handled.
Privacy model
Your data is stored exclusively on Panderose's own servers. It is not replicated to any third-party cloud. We do not train AI models on your content. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy and Security page for full details.
