Microsoft Outlook
What RemMe syncs
- Calendar events: title, time, location, attendees, description
- Events become nodes in your graph, linked to any people, projects, or notes that share keywords
Setup
- Open RemMe at remme.panderose.com
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Microsoft Outlook
- Click Connect Outlook and you'll be redirected to Microsoft's login page
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve the requested permissions
- RemMe will begin syncing your calendar. Initial sync may take a few minutes.
Microsoft publisher verification is currently in progress pending Arizona LLC processing. You will see a "publisher not verified" warning during OAuth. This is expected and will be resolved once verification completes.
Canvas LMS

yourschool.instructure.com) - Click Connect Canvas and follow the prompts to authorize access
- RemMe will sync your active courses and assignments
Canvas access credentials are stored securely on Panderose servers and used only for syncing. They are never shared with third parties.
How OAuth works
Outlook uses the OAuth 2.0 authorization code flow. You log in directly on Microsoft's website, RemMe never sees your password.
The access token and refresh token are stored encrypted on Panderose servers and used to periodically sync your authorised data. They are not stored on your device and never transmitted to any third party.
Scopes reference
| Integration | Scope | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| Outlook | Calendars.Read | Read calendar events for graph ingestion |
| Outlook | offline_access | Refresh token for background sync |
| Canvas | /api/v1/courses | List enrolled courses |
| Canvas | /api/v1/courses/:id/assignments | Read assignments and due dates |
| Canvas | /api/v1/courses/:id/announcements | Read course announcements |
Disconnecting
You can disconnect any integration at any time from RemMe Settings → Integrations. This immediately revokes RemMe's access token and stops future syncing. Previously synced data remains in your graph unless you also choose to delete it.
You can also revoke access directly from Microsoft (myapps.microsoft.com) or your Canvas account settings.
