Is RemMe really free? +

Yes, free during alpha and beta. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before introducing any paid tier.

Does RemMe train AI models on my notes? +

No. Your content is never used to train any AI model, not ours, not anyone else's. See the Privacy Policy.

Where is my data stored? +

On Panderose's own servers in Prescott, AZ, not AWS, GCP, or any third-party cloud. See the Security page.

How do I delete my account? +

From RemMe settings, go to Account → Delete account. All your data is deleted within 30 days. Or email [email protected] and we'll handle it.

I see "publisher not verified" when connecting Outlook. Is that safe? +

Yes. Microsoft publisher verification for our Arizona LLC is in progress. The warning is expected and will go away once verification completes. The integration itself is fully functional.
