Panderose launched as H.J. Fay LLC (d/b/a Panderose), a software development firm focused on defense and federal procurement systems. The company was co-founded by Hayden Fay (CEO) and Johnathan Hockersmith (CTO), both of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
May 2026
Panderose joined the Department of Defense Small Business Innovation Research program. Research under the program focuses on compliance tooling and data systems for federal procurement, with Panderose positioned to support agencies across the 24 CFO Act departments.
June 2026
Panderose published its infrastructure-first approach to security: all production systems are owned and operated by Panderose with no third-party cloud providers, and controls are mapped to CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171. Read the full security statement.
