Acceptance of terms
By creating a Panderose account or using RemMe, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. For Canvas deployments involving students under 13, the institution is responsible for obtaining parental consent under COPPA and FERPA.
License to use RemMe
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Panderose grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use RemMe for personal or internal purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use RemMe for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or any other user's data.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of RemMe.
- Use the service in a way that impairs its availability or integrity.
- Use automated means to scrape or harvest data from the service without permission.
Your data
You retain ownership of all content you add to RemMe. By using the service you grant Panderose a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
We do not sell your data. We do not train AI models on your content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Third-party integrations
RemMe connects to Microsoft Outlook and Canvas LMS. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. Panderose is not responsible for any third-party service's availability, accuracy, or terms changes.
Fees & subscriptions
RemMe is currently free during alpha and beta. We will give at least 30 days' notice before introducing paid tiers.
Service modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where practical we will provide reasonable advance notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from RemMe settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Disclaimer of warranties
RemMe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panderose's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $100. Panderose is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Arizona.
General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Panderose regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
